We have one body that God has given us. Taking care of it should be a priority.

Who is this for?

Any ladies who want to learn more about fitness and nutrition. Functional Fitness is the focus, so ALL are welcome!

Saturday, July 25th from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Nothing! It’s free.

What will the Classes Cover?

We will cover all the basics about fitness and nutrition. We will give you a step-by-step foundation to continue a healthy lifestyle.

Why should I attend?

Anyone who has ever wondered about nutrition or fitness and what it can do for them should come! This isn’t just for fitness gurus, this is for beginners and anyone in between.

Taking care of the body you have been given by God should be a priority, but often times it takes aback seat amidst out very busy lives. Our society and culture have made it easy to eat things that are just “quick” and don’t take a lot of forethought. That food over the years, however, can take a toll on our bodies and wear down our immune systems so that we get sick. Having a poor diet can lead to a lot of disease and illness that take years to control and can be financially draining.

Our bodies are meant to work and move, but again, our culture today has become sedentary. No exercise over the years can make our body less functional and make it almost difficult to perform even the most basic of functions.

Is it too late to start making changes, even if you’ve allowed years of bad habits to form? NO! It is never too late to start and making changes today can lead to innumerable effects tomorrow.

In this class, we will be covering a range of topics from fitness to nutrition. We will give you the tools you need to continue.
