The session has decided to allow a Zoom meeting on Dec, 4th at 7:00 pm for the home bound to observe the Congregational Budget meeting and to make the budget document available in a digital downloadable and printable form ( details to follow). A draft has already been distributed via email, from the church office.
At this time the Session is not prepared to handle other than in-person budget discussions and voting at the Congregational Meeting. A Final Budget will be made available in advance of the meeting for sharing your comments and questions before the meeting
According to our Book of Church Order and our Bylaws, Congregational Meetings need to be properly announced and that at least 1/6 of our communicant-members need to be physically present in person to conduct business.
